These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of srtrader.pro, including the Charts, Trade, Node, and Portfolio tools (collectively, the "Service"), operated by AR Consulting Pros LLC, a Florida limited liability company ("we," "us," "SRTrader Pro"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.
SRTrader Pro never takes custody of your funds, private keys, or seed phrases. All wallet connections, swaps, and staking actions are executed directly between your own wallet and third-party smart contracts or networks. Nothing on this site — including charts, indicators, alerts, or pricing data — is financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. You are solely responsible for your own trading and staking decisions.
Market data, charts, and trade information are sourced from third-party providers (such as DexScreener and similar aggregators). Swap execution may route through third-party DEX aggregators (such as 1inch, 0x, or Jupiter). We do not control, and are not responsible for, the accuracy, availability, or performance of these third-party services.
The Trade tool may apply a disclosed fee (currently up to 0.1%) on routed swaps, taken as part of the aggregator quote before you confirm a transaction. Node hosting and validator services are billed according to the plan you select on the Node pricing page. All fees are disclosed before you confirm any paid action.
Our node and validator setup/hosting service (PulseNode Concierge) is a setup and support service only. We never hold your PLS or your validator keys. Staking carries inherent risk, including the risk of slashing under PulseChain's protocol rules — this risk sits with you as the key holder, not with us.
If you import your own Pine Script-derived indicators into the Charts or Trade tools, you retain ownership of that code. We may store it to render it back to you but will not resell or redistribute it.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Cryptocurrency markets are volatile and third-party smart contracts carry inherent risk, including total loss of funds. We do not guarantee uptime, data accuracy, or trade execution outcomes.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AR Consulting Pros LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of funds, arising from your use of the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
